CRONUS BIKES is seeking a Sales Representative who will support our sales team and contribute to achieving our sales goals. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base as well as acquiring new customers.Required Skills
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in sales, preferably in the bicycle industry or retail
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- Initiative and assertiveness to achieve sales goals
- Team orientation and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and expanding the existing customer base through regular customer visits and contacts
- Acquiring new customers through targeted sales activities and customer acquisition
- Preparing and tracking offers as well as negotiating contracts with customers
- Market analysis and identification of new sales opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to meet customer requirements optimally
