CRONUS BIKES is seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT team and contribute to the management and development of our company's IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing our IT systems, as well as supporting employees with IT queries.Required Skills
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in IT support and IT administration
- Strong knowledge in managing networks, servers, and operating systems
- Good programming skills and proficiency in working with databases
- Team orientation and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Tasks
- Maintenance and upkeep of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations
- Ensuring IT security and data protection policies, as well as implementing security measures
- Assisting employees with IT queries and issues, as well as conducting training sessions and workshops
- Identifying optimization potentials and implementing IT projects for continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure
- Collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to efficiently implement and coordinate IT projects
