Our Story

1977

Opening of our first bicycle shop

Based in Kulmbach at Kirchstraße 30/32, founded. Shortly thereafter, the trading business in Bayreuth will be established.

1979

2nd bicycle shop

After only two years, we founded the second small bicycle shop in Bayreuth.

1985

First warehouse

Shortly thereafter, we were able to build the first warehouse and thus start shipping to bicycle dealers.

1998

First office complex

Due to the many bicycle dealers sourcing their bicycles from CRONUS BIKES, we had to build our first office complex in Kulmbach after just over 10 years.

2005

Establishment of the brand CRONUS BIKES

To better support our many partners, it was time to establish our own brand, CRONUS BIKES.
